The “Sustainable Architecture and Construction” program at IIS integrates cutting-edge sustainable architecture and construction (SAC) techniques with guiding principles to address global environmental challenges. Designed to equip students with technical, ethical, and entrepreneurial skills, this program prepares participants to become leaders in sustainable innovation in construction, capable of creating impactful solutions.

Admissions Requirements
- Eligibility: An applicant must have either a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited U.S. college or university, or a degree from another country that is considered equivalent to a four-year bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution, and this foreign degree must be from a recognized degree-granting body in its country of origin.
- Language Proficiency: TOEFL(iBT) score 79 or IELTS score 6.5 or Duolingo English Test score 105 for non-native English speakers.

| Focuses on creative visualization of a green product or service that guides the selection of stream concentration. Assignments across each 3-credit course align to student aspirations and focus on developing a business plan, models, and prototypes targeted toward realization of the green product or service.
