Complete Application Form
Tell us about your passion for sustainability, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Our intuitive online application process takes just 10 minutes to complete.

Confirmation of Application
Once you submit your application, IIS will acknowledge receipt via email within two working days, providing you with the next steps.

Application Review
Our admissions team will carefully review your application to ensure it meets our requirements. If selected, you’ll be invited to participate in an interview to share more about your journey and aspirations.

Application Interview
Interviews will be conducted virtually or over the phone with a member of our Academic Team. This is an opportunity to discuss your goals, share why sustainability matters to you, and demonstrate your understanding of our programs and their impact.

Payment of Fees
IIS will issue an invoice for your tuition fees before the program’s commencement. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation and receipt.
Requirements
Master's Program Requirements:
– Open to students 18 years and over at course commencement.
– If English is not your first language, you must demonstrate English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS (Academic) 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in each band and 6.5 in speaking.
– All applicants will undergo an interview as part of the admissions process to assess their alignment with sustainability goals and program objectives.
– Applicants not meeting the standard entry criteria may still be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Academic Director. Evidence of prior academic achievements, relevant work experience, or demonstrated commitment to sustainability will be taken into account.
PhD Program Requirements:
– A master’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is required. Exceptional candidates with a bachelor’s degree and a strong research background may also be considered.
– If English is not your first language, you must demonstrate English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS (Academic) 7.0 overall, with a minimum of 6.5 in each band and 7.0 in speaking.
– All applicants are required to submit a research proposal that aligns with the IIS focus areas, such as AI in sustainability, renewable energy systems, or sustainable architecture.
– Interviews with faculty members will form part of the admissions process to discuss research alignment, motivation, and academic goals.
– Applicants not meeting standard criteria may be considered based on significant professional experience, contributions to sustainability-related projects, or publication records, as evaluated by the Academic Committee.
